Area Rug Cleaning

Our knowledge of rug construction and our vast arsenal of cleaning technology and products allow us to restore your family heirloom or area accent rug to its best possible condition. Our process includes:

*Pre-inspection of the piece prior to cleaning.

*Documentation, photographically and written of any pre-existing conditions.

*Testing of fiber type, quality and colorfastness prior to cleaning.

*Selection of optimum cleaning method and products

*Dusting to remove as much dry soil as possible. (Did you know an 8×10 rug can hold almost 100lbs of dry soil before

it shows it?)

*Clean, according to level of soiling, fiber type and construction

*Hung to dry on our custom rug poles

*Post inspection with photographic and written documentation of result.

*Rolled, protected and stored for delivery or pick up.

*Upon delivery, rug is un-rolled and satisfaction inspection is conducted by customer.
