Our Work Speaks for Itself!

Dear Ed & Dawn, vanWe just received and reviewed the paperwork you dropped off. We appreciate you doing that. You did a great job and it was very comforting and reassuring to work with a company like yours. When you're in a position we have been put in, it's hard to have to depend on others, and to trust what they are doing when it is beyond your knowledge. We appreciate your professionalism and the respect you showed us. We aren't hoping for another situation like this, but if it should ever happen, we know exactly who we will contact. It was nice to get to know you; we are finally at the re-building stage and look forward to finalization soon. Sincerely, Ron & Nora Bartman
Dear Sirs, restorationIn September of this year I experienced a flooding event in my home's finished basement. Numerous items, including a pool table, large screen TV, jukeboxes and assorted furniture were put at risk of permanent damage. Even though it was a Sunday, I was able to contact Ed Prevost, the local ServiceMaster representative in the area. Ed responded to my residence and immediately began to address the problems. As Chief of Police, I am acutely aware that the actions and demeanor of my personnel have a direct influence on how the public perceives my organization. Therefore, I felt it important to let you know that all the ServiceMaster employees I came in contact with during this time of crisis, most definitely were a positive reflection upon your company and are certainly a credit to your organization. Sincerely, Thomas V.N. Brownell, Chief of Police
Gentlemen, wand_250Would you be so kind as to give this note to the crew that washed the Princetown Community Church from top to bottom last week? I want them to know how much all of us appreciate their fine work. Upon entering church Sunday we noticed right away how spiffy it was. The sanctuary was its true radiant color. Well, it made me feel clean all over. All of us were amazed that you brought your own water in and took it back out! When we built the tower to be a prayer tower, we wanted to have only Christians work on it. We were pleasantly surprised that the name of your company stands for "In the Service of Christ." So everybody is happy. Here's to excellence in all things. Thank you, thank you. Julia Floreen, Member
